Amy S. Moorefield,

Since 1988, Amy Moorefield, a senior paralegal at Ingersoll & Hicks, PLLC, has been supporting clients throughout North Carolina in the preparation of estate planning .  Her primary responsibilities for the Ingersoll & Hicks, PLLC team include drafting Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and funding Trusts.  In addition, she oversees the estate administration department and assists clients in the probating of Wills and filing inventories and accountings with the Clerk of Court.  Mrs. Moorefield also prepares organizational documents to establish corporations, limited liability companies, shareholder agreements and buy-sell agreements.

Mrs. Moorefield resides in Lexington, North Carolina, with her husband, Kent, and their four year old twins, Lexus and Noah.  Mrs. Moorefield and her family are members of Rich Fork Baptist Church in Thomasville.  Mrs. Moorefield attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she majored in Criminal Justice and Sociology.  She received the North Carolina National Guard Civilian Commendation Medal in 1999.  In her spare time she enjoys reading.

Mrs. Moorefield’s 19 years of estate planning experience has greatly aided to the successful Will and Trust practice of Ingersoll & Hicks, PLLC.
