Shirley Lee

Shirley Lee was born in Darlington, South Carolina.  She received a BS degree from Bob Jones University and a MS degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.  Shirley worked in the educational field both as teacher and administrative assistant for 16 years before joining Ingersoll & Hicks in 2004 as Legal Assistant.  Shirley’s primary responsibilities for Ingersoll & Hicks concerns overseeing the finalization of client’s estate planning and business documents and assisting corporate and family LLC clients with their Annual Meeting minutes and compliance requirements with the Secretary of State. 

Shirley is married to Marcus Lee and has two grown children.  Shirley’s oldest daughter, Krista Tester teaches first grade in High Point and her youngest daughter, Rebecca Lee is an emergency room nurse in Greenville, South Carolina.  Shirley enjoys gardening and shopping in her free time.
