At the mention of law, most everyone is a bit uncertain. Who can I trust? Who will protect my assets? How can I be sure? Marc W. Ingersoll graduated from Wake Forest Law School in 1990 in and started out as an attorney working for a large law-firm. Over the years he developed and strengthened his skills not only in law but also as a communicator, teacher, and advisor. Marc realized there was not only a great opportunity, but a great need for a small law-firm that was able to deliver personal client relationships and excellent legal quality. After opening up a solo practice as Ingersoll and Associates in 2004, 6 years later another respected attorney and good friend of Marc’s, Daniel Hicks, joined the firm as a partner. They became Ingersoll & Hicks and practiced together until early 2019. Daniel decided to retire early from the practice of law and joined the National Christian foundation as corporate counsel. Marc Ingersoll continues to practice law as the principal of Ingersoll Firm, PLLC. Currently he has one associate attorney, Monica Berry, also a graduate of Wake Forest University, and a team of three support staff. Our desire at Ingersoll Firm is provide the best quality staff and service to our clients while maintaining the small firm atmosphere.
